3DFX to be bought by NVidia

I predicted a long time ago, just after I felt 3DFX had peaked, that it would crumble and NVidia, which I thought had extraordinary momentum, would end up kicking its ass. On Slashdot today, I read that 3DFX is throwing in the towel and selling out to NVidia.
