DWP: It gets better...
Well, I called DWP a couple days ago to make sure my power wasn't turned off.
There was no record of a request for transfer. So I gave her my information
again. Of course, the woman on the end of the line assured me that everything
was taken care of. That this was absolutely, positively the last time
I'd have to deal with transfering the bill over to my name.
Yesterday, I get another notice. My power is to be shut off tomorrow...
