That sucks

I liked Kozmo and the article said they had reached profitablitiy in a few markets. I wonder if in those particular markets some other company could make a go of it (and I wonder what those markets are). Maybe Blockbuster will start one (even if I hate Blockbuster ;-) or maybe the whole thing was eventually doomed anyway since supposedly at some point I can watch anything anywhere with a broadband connection.

I hadn't used it yet....

...but I was going to since they cover downtown L.A. It's a bummer. I think they mentioned that Kozmo was made for the New York state of mind. It seems like they should have just pulled back their operations to the profitable urban markets like you said. Unfortunately, everyone wants to win BIG on the Internet.
