Greggman pointed out an excellent site at HalfEmpty.com. James Paterson's section of the site is hypnotic and my favorite. I especially like the line art on the blink title page. There's also Presstube which is a collection of traditional and flash art. Check out Constructor in Programmatic + Misc and Microscope in Animations. And then there's Modern Living at Hoogebrugge.com, which is a collection of neurotic short animations.
