Remember to burn some incense while you legally take payote as a form of worship. Check it- you can’t eat meat smoke fags or drink while there though. Shack up with some striking lightning would definitely be electrifying (please don't sing Lou Christie), like seeing sounds in landscape or seeing land as installation art.

Seriously though, about the Texas trip…looks like the best (read = most illinist) time to go will be around the 19th of October for a nebulous week. All in time for a short trip up to Dallas, after stopping to grace Lubbock on the way there, make TRF after all the initial hullabaloo dies down and hell, watch more Roller Derby (banked tracked) antics, while Ani’s gonna be playing just before The International Drag KingCommunity Extravaganza. How lucky can one girl get? I may just kill me.
