The Perfect, The Cheap, and The Practical.
Something Private with great Long Term Potential, Something Cheap and Temporary, and Something Practical. Well i chose the practical for now. The first one, the most perfect in every way but for the 40 min. drive i will have to turn down for now. Perfect. Really, i could go on and on about it- except for the drive. Coming from Santa Fe's no traffic/comute living and still having to deal with spring weather on a motorcycle it didn't seem like a good bet for now. I don't want the extra stress and time of riding that far each day ontop of needing to get to know the area i'm in and figuering out my place at work/how it's working. Sigh. The cheap and temparary is tempting for sure. Closer than the Perfect place but it's too small for me to fit my queen bed and computer desk. it really would be temporary, a few months at most. And finally? A place that's a bit more expensive, a 1/1 in a row of four others like it that could use some upkeep by landloard (isn't going to happen untill something breaks), with neighbours all on little plots hidden by the terain, 7 min from work, 3 min from Wimberly, all the appliances and a wood stove to boot but nothing in the way of long term potential for me. Yep.

...which will be very useful in the texas summer. But yes, i like them too. If i can't have a vegetable garden or chicken coop i guess it's an alright consolation.
Hurrah for the woodstove!
