I now know how to do the basics of stilting. I will most certainly be making myself a pair soon and will wear them at future pride parades. Mmhum. That’ll give me enough time to figure out what kind of trousers/stuff to adorn them in. Stilts just don’t look very nice strapped to your leg.  
 
In other news, maybe there really is something to this whole ‘cool down’ stretching thing. I though for sure I would be sore in my calves the next day. I just had that feeling the evening after but the next day I was just dandy! Cooling down after a venkatesh workout usually consisted of lying on the floor because it’s cold and you find yourself unable to be anywhere else or if you’re still standing hitting the locker room. And yes, I have gotten insanely sore and filled with lactic acid from certain workouts and when I begin to workout at that level again and this was certainly nothing like a venkatesh workout. I shall have to test this further.
