This is a wonderful piece of poetry but I seriously have my doubts in some of it...
"No one cares" ~ If no one else I know I care.
"Nothing for me" ~ You have great friends. A wonderful boyfriend. A caring heart. An amazing intelligence level. An awesome sense of humor. An annoying brother. And so much more.
"They’re better off without me" ~ That is so not true. I know that some days without I never would have smiled. You should never think that.

No one cares? To the contrary, there is a large number of people who care. Nothing for you? You have many things going for you, not the least of which is the fact that you are caring, and that you have brains. Your friends are NOT better off without you, never believe that. No goodbyes my friend.
