Through constant pain and disgrace, the young boy learns their rules...
Now, how many possible ways can that be interpreted in regards to my life? I have the knowledge, now I need to apply it. Wait a second, that sounds familiar... Give me strength.

Marie - You sound like a student of Aristotle obsessed with their flair for the dramatic.
Regan (and Marie too) - Asking too many rhetorical questions at once make them less poignant. Suffice to say, strength is what one wants it to be.
It is only you who can forgive yourself, for in the end it is only you who can eternally punish or forgive yourself. If it is to us ou turn, we never held anything against you, and therefore you may be forgiven as you did no wrong. You do live for our sakes, for without you I'm not sure how many people would understand. And yes, you can help your friends and family. With simply your love, simply living for us is helping us. And you do more than you think by way of helping us, there are more than a few times you've managed to pick me up when noone else could. May the wind make you soar, the waters calm your fears, the fire heat your love, and the earth strengthen your step.
Do I really sound like that?!? Oh, and by the way - YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to babysit a one year old starting monday... oh fun.
*hugs*
How does one give strength? For that matter, how does one collect stength? Is it real, is it tangible, what does it mean? Is strength something unchangeable, or does it fluctuate? Is there a physical place where strength resides, so it can be cut out, like a heart, or a tongue, or a bone?
Too much Romeo and Juliet for me.
Oh, and by the way...I am HOME damn it!
