Black Rose Immortal

Latest posts below.

I dragged this lake looking for corpses
Dusted for prints, pried up the floorboards
Pieces of planes and black box recorders
Don't lie (don't lie)
And I've been preoccupied with these sick, sick senses
That sense DNA on barbed wire fences
Maybe someday I'll find me a suspect
That has no alibi

New Year's Eve was as boring as heaven
I watched flies fuck on channel 11
There was no one to kiss, there was nothing to drink
Except some old rotten milk someone left in the sink
And there's no ring, there's no ring on the phone anymore
There's no reason to call I passed out on the floor
Smoked myself stupid and drank my insides raisin dry

But at the right place at the right time
I'll be dead wrong and you'll be just fine
I won't have to quit doing fucked up shit
For anyone but me
At the right place at the right time
It will have been worth it to stand in line
And you won't have to stop
Saying "I love cops" for anyone but me
Your private eye

Man did I look dorky...

-Walking down the street with one of this big hiking packsacks. People were giving me weird looks o_O
-Oh, one thing I forgot to mention earlier, my brother's friend is moving in with us. Several problems...
-He looks like my older brother (so it's like there's two of them)
-He'll be taking up his fair share of computer/bathroom/phone time
-He's older than I am (i.e. gets more privileges, but also does more work)
-It's hard work moving his stuff into the house and up the stairs and around the corner...
-That having been said, he's a pretty cool guy, for one of my brother's friends. He even solved my dilemma of not having any pants that aren't jeans for the canoe trip
-That's right, I forgot to mention. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week coming up, I'll be gone on a canoeing trip. It'll be fun (which also explains why I was walking down the streets with camping gear)
-And props to Biff for being the second person I know to read my blog. Janis found it a couple days ago. Good for you guys

Day 34

Current Mood: F-ing tired...
-Ugh... tired, obviously...
-4 hours on busses today
-4 hours walking
-1 hour of almost nonstop playing in band in which I was already beat
-Result? Big cut on my hand, big holes in my damp socks, black shoes are now brown, and I can barely find the energy to study for a Math test which I want to get at least 50% on...
-Was it worth it? Definitely.
-Figures that I only trip on stuff once I get back to school... o_O
-Alannah remarked on how oddly I was dressed. I love the reactions people have to my trenchcoat (Joseph said it was scary ^_^)
-Oh yeah, did I mention that I did the majority of the hiking wearing my dresscoat? Yup... the teachers kept chiding me for it, but hey, it's all about roughing it. Besides, I had hardly any trouble whatsoever.
-Me and Tomas took a lot of sidetrails instead of sticking with the main group. Besides, if he died, I would have gotten his collection of swords
-Band was hell, because I had little to no energy in the first place, so I had just a bit of trouble playing my parts. Long, loud notes tend to be tiring. Of course, she gives the trumpets little breaks, but not the lone sax who is 'instrumental' to the pieces we were playing... Bad pun, sorry.
-Wow, my friends are making their own weblogs now.
-Post if you are reading this, and you have a weblog with an address
-So... yeah, there's been quite the little melodrama going on with my friends, (well, more so than usual ;) involving Darien, Chris, Rachel, Janis, and Steve. Fists and fur are flying everywhere! Well, maybe not that, but everyone is definitely in a dour mood. Me and Alex were the only ones to keep our heads, (well, mainly me, hehe) and not getting mad at one person or another. Maybe that's because we're jaded with teen melodrama, and are relatively mature.
-The weather is pretty interesting. Very windy (blew me hat off several times walking home) and hail (got pelted with lots) along with sunshowers here or there. Now it's really sunny with almost no clouds as of this moment (which will be forever preserved in all it's glory)
-Still no guitar yet. Need at least $100, and because I'm forced to keep spending money (and get my allowance sporadically) so I have less than $50 at the moment. Must bug babysitting job offerer (what else would I call her?) for the money she owes me, and to get more from my mom and I JUST REMEMBERED JANIS OWES ME MONEY!
-I better update my website soon. It's that time of the month... (no, not that time of the month...)
-I have to burn about 5 or 6 Billy Talent CD's for everyone now... will have to wait about a day or nine...
-I've been getting a lot of good ideas for my poetry, especially after the viewtiful bew on the top of the mountains. (You could see for miles around) (Oh, and did I mention I'm a tad dyslexic?)
-My palm is killing me. It's about time I disinfect that cut on my hand... it's turning a lovely dark black colour, with shades of purple, green, and red showing on a pink-ish yellow (I'm a guy, I have few names for colours) background. Mmmm... Hydrogen Peroxide. It's gonna be painful :(
-And now, after writing that long post, I'm more tired than ever...

Current Song: It's been one week - Barenaked Ladies
And so this wraps up Tuesday, September 30th. Adios.

Day 28

Current Mood: Lazy
-Woo, been a while. Sorry about that (who am I saying this too?)
-Went to a concert the night before
-It was KICKASS!
-By the end, I was bleeding from a cut in my side (never mosh with a sharp, crushed pop can in your pocket), limping (my ankle was stepped on while moshing), sore throat from yelling, deaf from the loud music, and blind from people taking pictures too much (the flash was blinding)
-Bought Billy Talent's CD
-Love it
-Still have yet to buy my guitar. At this rate, I'll run out of money before I do
-Oh, and our grade 9 initiat-, I mean... FUN day was, well, quite fun
-My poetry is improving, yay
-Playing Bohemian Rhapsody in our Jazz Band! It rocks

Current Song: This Is How It Goes - Billy Talent
And so this wraps up Wednesday, September 24th. Adios.

Day 10

Current Mood: Take your pick...
-Should be at camp right now
-don't bother looking for more poetry. I write it for myself, no one else
-I have to swim 50 metres fully clothed, and then tread water for 10 minutes
-I think I'm going to drown
-My birthday's coming up, yay
-I think this will be the first year I'll actually get a present for my birthday since grade 4. I've been getting money since.
-Bus schedule is finally fixed, after taking a different one each day
-I'm addicted to Tsunami Bomb now. I can't stop listening to them.
-*note to self* Don't listen to them before a test. Can't get them out of my head. :S
-I never thought Quantum chemistry was so abstract and easy...
-Math makes up for it by being hard, though...

Current Song: Private Eye - Alkaline Trio

Day 8

Current Mood: Mellow
-stupid bus schedules at school
-wrote some poetry. Stuff that I didn't tear up for once. It's far from perfect however. Like most poetry, it was written while tired and depressed.
-Here goes: (the title follows the poem, for artistic reasons)

A place with no one dear,
A place which they all fear,
A place which brings forth tears,
I just don't know
If it's where I'll go,
A place away from here...

A state of mind, they learned,
A state away from, turned,
A state in which I'm spurned,
I just don't know
If it's where I'll go,
A state which I have earned...

A life with no rapport,
A life without a core,
A life which closed the door,
I think I know
If it's where I'll go
A life which is no more...

Death

-I would like to fix up the second paragraph the most, but it's okay for now.
-I'm open to comments, of course, even suggestions.
-Going babysitting in half-an-hour. Going to be fun.
-Have way too much homework.
-Tired too. Slept too little last night
-Had a dream about Gandhi... O_o

Current Song: Bones of Baby Dolls - Acid Bath
And so this wraps up Thursday, September 4th. Adios

Day 6

Current Mood: Tired
-Don't plan on changing the layout of this page. It's fine as it is. (and I'm too lazy) (and I don't know HTML)
-Back from first day of school. Not too bad
-First Period: Math (Geometry and Discrete Mathematics): I dislike Math, but so far it's not too hard. I hate having it for homeroom though
-Second Period: Chemistry :BLAH! None of my friends are in it, it's a hard course, and it's full of jackasses. Going to have trouble with this class the most
-Third Period: Lunch (self explanatory)
-Fourth Period: Outdoor Education :Going to be the one thing keeping me sane (and fatigued) during the semester. I love it
-Fifth Period: Biology :I like Biology, but this is going to be a lot of work
-Scared everyone in my bio class, heh. Told them I collected Knives and other sharp objects. I even got one weird look from the girl in front of me and all.
-Can't wait until Second semester. Got Co-op, w00t!
-Things are back to normal with me and that girl, so... um, yay.
-10 days left
-Going to post just a little less now that school has started
-Have homework (on the first day, too)

Current Song: Russian Roulette - Tsunami Bomb (love them)
And so this wraps up Tuesday, September 2nd. Adios.
