Yay, tomorrow's Friday!
Well, I know I haven't posted in a while, but things have been fairly uneventful. Anyway, one thing of (possible) interest is my new computer :). I finally got it last night, and now I'm done setting everything up (I think). It's got Windows XP, so it was rather frustrating at first, with all that restricted access and all. Fortunately, it's XP Pro, so it is without all the bugs of XP Home. And we were able to get our old hard drive copied opto this computer, or so it seems. Everything appears to be there, except for the "My Documents" folder and all subsequent folders and files. Unfortunately, this is probably the one folder I wouldn't want missing, as it contains my entire MP3 library as well as all my MPEG (video) files and my pictures. The vids and pics are of less importance, as I can get them again, but considering the number of music files I had, there's no way I could replace them all. They are the culmination of all my years of downloading and copying music. But, my mom says that we may be able to go back and recover the folder, so I'm gonna try and be optimistic. Oh, and I just finished Day of the Dragon (one of the Warcraft books I got, see earlier post) and it was a great book. I would recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy really. You don't really have to know anything about Warcraft to enjoy it. Anyway, now I start on "Lord of the Clans," the next book in the series. So I think I'll go do that right now. Peace out, Lex Larmon P.S. - Please excuse any typing mistakes in this and near future posts (new keyboard, not used to it).
