2012......can't wait for this trip with my bff, Liza & Supik.
2011 - Pimalai Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta. Ah, rasa macam orang kaya walaupun hakikatnya, penginapan free courtesy of seorang sahabat.

2010 - Chocolate Hills, Bohol Island. Patut disenaraikan dalam salah satu keajaiban dunia. Rindu nak pegi sini lagi.

2010 - Medan, Lake Toba cantik tapi seperti ada kesedihan di situ....

2010 - Bali. Berbasikal mengelilingi Ubud memang percutian yg terbaik di Bali.

the muse wrote this on my birthday card. love her for it.
Love After Love
The time will come when, with elation you will greet yourself arriving at your own door, in your own mirror and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat. You will love again the stranger who was your self. Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored for another, who knows you by heart. Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes, peel your own image from the mirror. Sit. Feast on your life.

last friday, the muse and i had lunched together at the Gen, our favourite japanese restaurant at the hotel formerly known as the Legend.
though a favourite, we can't really afford to eat there all the time. we only go there if there's a special occasion or if we really want to treat ourselves after a difficult week at work. the fact that it's situated right across the street from our office made it easier for us to eat there especially on friday.
we haven't been to the Gen since our office moved to putrajaya more than 6 months ago and last friday was our first visit after so many months.
the fact that the waiters and waitresses remembered us and welcomed us like long lost friends was really something. the feelings were mutual though. it really made us feel good and made our lunch there felt more special.
kudos to the waiters and waitresses at the Gen, Japanese Restaurant. The Business Gen Bento Box was really delicious and the service was definitely the best.
I didn't know why i found it so difficult to click the deactivate button on my facebook account. I've been contemplating to stop using facebook for awhile now but I've never done anything about it until recently.
Not that anybody cares whether I'm alive or not but it feels great to live in the real world again. It's only been three days but I went through a weird facebook-withdrawal syndrome which was hard to describe but it's kind of hard to stop myself from clicking the activate button.
yes, i miss some of my friends and i'll probably miss out a lot on my friends' daily announcement and stuff but then again, how many of them are my real friends, anyway? if it's important enough, they can always call or sms or email me right?
what i love most about facebook is there are lots of forum to discuss football and music, the two things that I love the most. hahaha....
anyway, I'm scared that I will turn into a vain, attention-seeking, narcissistic bitch if I were to continue using facebook, i know i have the tendency of doing just that, so i better stop now.
oh, it's not permanent, i'll be back someday. besides, it's just a matter of clicking the damn button to reconnect with your "friends" again,eh! but for the time being, let me enjoy the real world for a little while longer.
