God must be angry

Barangkali di sana ada jawabnya
Mengapa di tanah ku terjadi bencana
Mungkin Tuhan mulai bosan melihat tingkah kita
Yang selalu salah dan bangga dengan dosa-dosa
Atau alam mulai enggan bersahabat dengan kita
Coba kita bertanya pada rumput yang bergoyang

it was an excerpt from ebiet's old song berita kepada kawan. the tragedy last sunday reminded me of this song. you know, all those times that i spent watching and learning about tsunami in the discovery channel didnt prepare me for its full brunt. i was so fascinated by the tsunami and rarely missed any documentaries about this tidal wave that could have wiped out the whole island in mere seconds.

maybe it's fascinating to me because i was pretty sure that it would never happen in my country. well, last sunday proved me wrong. anything is possible nowadays. sheesh! this is malaysia we are talking about, the biggest fight we have with the weather are the usual end of the year flood in the east coast, a few flash flood in KL and "jerebu" but tsunami, it's unthinkable.

and it's not even a direct impact, hanya tempias kata orang kita but still the aftermath was so destructive. in mere seconds, 55,000 lives were lost all over asia. there was no warning and there was no goodbyes. it's so disheartening to watch the tourists who lost their family members, the fishermen who lost their means of livelihood and the villagers who lost their homes. it was only a wave, water, how could it kill so many, right?

my family and i were attending our cousin's wedding at bukit mertajam last sunday. it's my mom's birthplace actually. i havent visited the place for more than 20 years, since my grandpa died i think. all 11 of my cousins are still there but my aunt had died a few years ago. 5 of my brothers, my sister and their family, my mom and i stayed in penang a day earlier to play tourists. four hours before the tragedy occurred, we were having breakfast at the mamak restaurant at bukit jambul and two hours before the tsunami hit batu ferringhi we were there and battling whether or not to have a picnic at the beach before going to bukit mertajam. it was a close call yes, imagined if my family and i were to stay and have our picnic, i shudderred to think about the consequences. thank God my sister urged us to come early to the wedding. we didnt suspect a thing and we didnt know that we were leaving a tragedy behind.

i am grateful that God let my family and i live when so many others didnt survive. Al-Fatihah...it's a reminder really for us that we are only living on a borrowed time.

to Fabio and family: thanks for asking about my safety. i hope the tsunami will never hit milan or any other part in italy or better yet not in any other part of the world.

flavour of the year!

everybody knows that i am crazy about forensic stuff. i have this sick obsession about the subject which i dont know why. i had even interviewed a forensic pathologist once during my heyday. these are fascinating subject in my humble opinion.

long before CSI became the box office series, i was really into patricia cornwell fictions. dr scarpetta was like a modern day heroine to me and i read and followed cornwell's every words "diligently ,so to speak. i used diligently because some of her description was very detail and a bit difficult to understand, i am definitely no mensa candidate. hahaha...

however, after awhile, her stories became stale somewhat (actually i'm still mad at her for killing benton's character so cruelly) but true, there was nothing new to explore in her latter books.

and then this year, i discovered another author of the same genre by the name of Kathy Reichs. my God! her books are a revelation. she is a brilliant author and really an expert in her subjects. her books are better than cornwell, i dont mind the detail descriptions even though sometimes all the information she gave in her book made me a bit dizzy but i like it. in one of her books, grave secrets, she described her experience in the sceptic tank. yuck! can u imagine trying to find a human remains in all those faeces.

and her details description on stem cells, well actually she had simplified them into layman terms, but still it made my head spinning. i think with a name like Dr Tempe short for Temperance Brennan you couldnt help but like the character. she was so witty and cynical and her banter with the local police and the FBI was so refreshing.

and she described what and why she did what she did like why she had to boil the hands or the legs first, stuff like that. she is so expert when it comes to bones.

i bought her book called Deja Dead and dush! i fell in love with the story and the characters even the sour luc claudel. since dr tempe was based in quebec, canada, i got to learn lots of french words and at one time she went to guatemala and met a local police, i learned a lot of spanish words including the "swear words" hehehe...

she has written seven books altogether and the latest one is called Monday Mourning which had just come out this year. Diy and I had only managed to read four of her books; Deja Dead, Death Du Jour, Fatal Voyage and Grave Secrets. I couldnt wait to read the rest of her books.

Kathy Reichs's Biography:
Kathy Reichs is forensic anthropologist for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, State of North Carolina, and for the Laboratoire des Sciences Judiciaires et de Médecine Légale for the province of Quebec. She is one of only fifty forensic anthropologists certified by the American Board of Forensic Anthropology and is on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and a professor of anthropology at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte

milan-juventus

to tell you the truth, i was not really surprised with the result of this game. a draw was expected when these two italian giants met. however, it didnt stop me from hoping that milan could beat the crap out of juventus. they came close a few times, really, and that was what made it so frustrating because it proved that juve's defense was strong enough to stop milan continuous attacks.

a goalless draw didnt mean that it was a boring game though, far from it.

a draw means juventus is still ahead of milan with four points adrift but a warning to all the bianconeri fans, the rossoneri is still very much in the title race. aduh bencinya aku dgn juventus ni.

milan was the greater team compared to juve and they deserved to win the game but lady luck and a few bad calls from the stupid referee (i was so hoping that collina would be the referee but it wasnt meant to be) made it impossibled, so to speak.

oh well, milan had the right combination i guess. the 4-3-2-1 formation worked really well and basically they were a balance team. milan attacks were a combination of flowing, fast and fluid movement. it really was beautiful. those were a "textbook move" you know and they had more possesion compared to the "old lady"

the fact that crespo was pulled down by zebina in the penalty area when the former was clear on goal and was about to shoot was a sore subject. it should have been a penalty and zebina should have been carded but the referee and the linesmen were indeed blind. and what about the offside calls? linesman kayu tu, clearly didn't know what offside was? if not, sheva and crespo could have scored two goals.

and yang paling bangang sekali dan buat aku rasa macam nak terajang referee tu was the kaka vs thuram incident. kaka managed to free himself from thuram's bad tackle and was on his way towards buffon's goal with two milan forwards coming up in support and outnumbering the juve defenders, but the referee did not give the advantage, boleh dia stopkan game tu sbb nak bagi card kat thuram and the stupid free kick. bodohnya nak mampus! why can't you just give the advantage, aduh! ni pergi sekolah referee ke tak ni?

whatever it was, milan's midfield play was superb especially the combination of pirlo, gattuso and seedorf. pirlo especially was exceptional. so many beautiful crosses, accurate passing and he defended well too. what more could a fan asked eh! the last touch by pirlo in the stoppaged time could have been the deciding factor but of course lady luck was in a cruel mood.

all in all, milan won the midfield battle hands down, winning the one on-one duels and switching from defense to attack very quickly, they made the juve's back four dizzy with apprehension. hahaha...

kaladze had a very good game, he's such a talented player but was injury proned. i hope he will have a quick recovery because i prefer him more than pancaro. cafu didnt have much chance to move forward because he was tightly guarded by zambrotta and nedved of all people.

since maldini was injured during the warmed-up, he was replaced by the 38-year-old costacurta. before nesta, baresi was my favourite central defender but then after he retired, costacurta was my hero and then came nesta. i believed nesta was the combination of both costacurta and baresi in terms of talentlah kan. costacurta still rules man! he could give any young central defenders a run for their money, despite his age.

nesta was almost perfect, he guarded ibrahimovic so tightly, he had become like ibrahimovic's shadow. the poor striker could hardly move. hahaha...

kaka was a little slower in this game but still showed us some of his exquisite skills while crespo was slowly gaining back his confidence. i dont know what had chelsea done to him over the last two seasons but i am glad they put him on loan to milan. i dont think he can survive in the english league. i wish sheva was less selfish because he had become one over the last couple of seasons.

hopefully, milan will keep winning after the winter break, no more draw or lose with or to the smaller sides.

milan vs man united in the champions league is a mouthwatering subject to discuss but i am too lazy to write about it right now. maybe next time....forza milan!

legenda minyak wangi

dulu aku pernah confessed yang aku ni seorang yang obses dengan minyak wangi. aku takleh hidup tanpa memakai benda ni. banyak dah brand minyak wangi yang aku cuba. sekarang ni aku pakai escada ibiza. sedapnya bau dia. tapi satu-satunya minyak wangi yang aku betul-betul idamkan, dah empat tahun aku asyik bermimpi aje nak pakai ialah minyak wangi Annick Goutal. nasib baik dekat shopping complex takde jual brand ni jadi aku selamatlah. kalau nampak kang aku nak beli.

semalam, lepas kerja aku pergi singgah bangsar nak bayar kredit kad. tengah-tengah aku nak mengelak daripada lalu depan-depan pub tu, terserempak pulak dengan satu kedai minyak wangi ni. tiba-tiba kat cermin kedai tu aku ternampak minyak wangi Annick Goutal. alamak! perasaan aku bercampur baur gila. kenapalah aku lalu depan kedai ni tapi dalam masa yang sama aku happy gila jumpa kedai tu.

sebenarnya aku dah melangkah 10 tapak dari kedai tu, tah setan apa yang hasut, aku pergi pusing balik terus masuk dalam kedai tu. aduh wanginya kedai ni. mamat cina kat dalam kedai tu terus approach aku. tanpa dapat ditahan-tahan, aku terus kata aku nak try pakai annick goutal. siut betul. aku rasa cam nak lari keluar dari kedai tu tapi kaki aku macam terlekat. bila staf tu tanya aku suka bau yg macam mana, automatik aku jawab, soft, fruity smell. dia pun terus sembur satu minyak wangi dan bagi aku cium. gulp! tertelan-telan air liur aku, masa bau tu. aduh! heavennya. sedapnya bau. macam mana ni, dah le aku sorang-sorang masa tu. itulah pasalnya aku tak suka keluar sorang-sorang, nanti aku buat benda gila tah apa-apa. gila sorang-sorang, kalau ada kawan, boleh gak dia ketuk kepala aku ke apa ke bagi sedar.

nama minyak wangi tu Petite Cherie. aku jatuh cinta dengan bau dia. petite cherie ni limited edition for the summer only, kononnyalah. staf tu cakap apa pun aku percaya. masa bayar tu kan menggigilnya nak keluar duit sebab harga dia ridiculous sangat tapi nak buat camna, aku plead "momentary insanity". tapi staf tu baiklah jugak, bagi aku dua miniature perfumes, satu bath gel dan satu body lotion. yelah, mesti sebab aku sorang je yg bodoh sgt nak beli minyak wangi tu kot. dia pun bagi benda-benda tu semua sebab takde org nak beli. uwaaa!!!!

tapi bila balik rumah, satu malam aku belek-belek minyak wangi tu. pakai sikit lotion dia, sampai dengan kucing-kucing aku pun bau petite cherie. aku puas hatilah walaupun lepas ni aku akan makan pasir tapi aku puas.

PETITE CHERIE perfume for women by Annick Goutal is classified as a refreshing fragrance. This feminine scent posesses a blend of: an outdoorsy fragrance of freshly cut grasses, with notes of peach, vanilla and musky rose. It is recommended for daytime wear.

entry rojak

this is what i called rojak entry because i wanted to say a whole lot of things in just one entry. since i got eight translations to be completed in 5 days, i dont have time to concentrate on my weblog. sodihnya.

first, the busy saturday: i felt weird waking up early on saturday to go to work. my God! working on saturday was a waste of time and it sucks. lucky, there was an open house at one of the divisions, cool! siap ada karaoke tu. ;-)

before i went back, my editor dropped the bombshell; asking me to go to an event at the Istana Budaya that night. what??? tonight i got the merseyside derby to watch, it's between liverpool and everton you know. it's an important game, i couldnt miss it. of course i didnt say that to my editor, i simply nodded meekly and wish him a good weekend. urgh!

My God! i was stucked in a jammed on the way home and i was so bloody sleepy. i got class at 4pm, i didnt know whether i could reach home before 3pm cause i wanted to catch some sleep before i go to class. finally, when i was ready to go to class, it rains. knowing our weather, when it rains it pours but i went to class anyway.

since i arrived half an hour early, i decided to wait in the car because it was raining heavily. i couldnt believe i fell asleep in the car, malunya! nasib baik hujan lebat takde orang lalu lalang. gila. i was 10 minutes late when i met my new teacher, so much for first impression. sheesh! anyway, we started the class right away and he chose to teach me the song - Behind Blue Eyes by Limp Bizkit. i didnt know it was originally sang by The Who if my teacher didnt tell me, ignorant gile. since i already learned the basic, he had no problem teaching me except that i had to use a new strumming style. that's cool. after that, he gave me another song to play - Zombie. boring giler empat chords jer. cikgu, tak mencabar sungguh. hahaha...

around 6 pm, diy and i went to mimi's house in Uptown for hari raya visit. it's always great to meet old friend and former colleague. mimi was the first colleague to leave my crazy former boss. hehehe...however, we had to rush back because i got a function to attend.

after maghrib, diy and I went to Istana Budaya for the function but were stucked in a jammed at the bloody jalan tun razak. i missed the opening and the speeches but the show was great, hell! it was superb. i always took for granted of our folk arts. our kesenian rakyat is actually beautiful and diverse. it was so great to watch the zapin, pelanduk, bharata natyam and lotus dance being performed on the stage. it simply beautiful. lebih baik pergi tengok festival ni sampai weekend ni aje. it's great to be able to watch and appreciate our very own culture and i feel proud of them.

we were so hungry after watching the show but we didnt know where to eat. we finally chose vichudda in Uptown because it's a safe choice. it's 12 midnight, only half an hour before closing time but still they took the order. dua orang bedal macam 10 orang punya makan. dengan tomyam, sup ekor, kailan ikan masin, udang goreng tepung, ayam masak halia. alhamdulillah! kenyang. errr....liverpool kalah kat everton 0-1. uwaaaa!!!!!!

horrific sunday - i had an accident while on the way to my former colleague's open house. i wasnt familiar with the batu caves area anyway and a slight wrong turning, whamm! bammm! there goes my lovely kelisa. well, it was a little dented above the left fender. bangang betul budak yg langgar aku tu. takpelah dah nak kena. when we arrived, the open house was almost finished but we got to bungkus the "nasi hujan panas". hehehe...then from batu caves we went straight to mid valley to shop for our grocery.

we arrived home around 10.30 and missed the first 25 minutes of the milan-fiorentina game. it's a great game actually. milan trashed fiorentina 6-0, i almost felt sorry for the visitors. the great thing about the italian fans, they saluted their former players just like what the fiorentina fans did to Rui Costa, giving him a standing ovation even though he wore a rossonerri shirt and rui costa in turn, didnt celebrate his team's goal out of respect to his former team. i told diy i couldnt wait for the chelsea-arsenal game because i was too sleepy and tired. not a bad game according to diy. it's a draw.

monday blues - i was so sleepy, i slept in the toilet. sheesh! i was a horrible staff. so, Andriy Shevchenko finally won something. he won the Ballon D 'Or award or the Golden Ball beating the likes of Deco, Ronaldinho and Henry. congratulations sheva!

bloody tuesday - d-day for our national football team. we had to beat thailand or say goodbye to the tiger cup. yeah, what a great second half we had. kudos to amri, ivan, zamani and saravanan and khalid of course. those are all young players and i hope they can go far and win the tournament. forza malaysia!

last chance

Beyond, the three-member rock & roll band from Hong Kong, is set to usher the New Year and rock the night away with fans at the Arena of Stars this coming New Year's Eve.

Comprising of guitarists Steve Wong Ka Keung, Paul Wong Koon Chung and drummer Yip Sai Wing, Beyond has over the last 20 years continuously proven themselves to be the top band despite being amassed in a pool of pop idols in Hong Kong's challenging music industry.

Being the only Hong Kong band to make the transition from underground music with a loyal following to mainstream success, they sure have come a long way. Because of the efforts of Beyond's late and great lead singer cum songwriter, Wong Ka Kui, Beyond is considered an alternative rock or metal rock band, which produced many hits revolving about human rights, politics, peace and protests issues, even though the band has recorded many pop-rock songs and love ballads.

This is certainly one spectacular concert not to be missed as the trio will be performing together for the last time in Malaysia! Get your tickets quick before they run out! And book early to enjoy our Early Bird Promotion offers
.

tak boleh jadi ni. aku mesti pergi konsert ni. apa nak jadi, jadilah. dah le ni konsert terakhir beyond sebelum dia org berpecah. 20 tahun tu kira lama gila tapi dia org bertahan jugak walaupun ramai fans dah stop following their music bila lead singer wong ka kui mati. budak-budak cina tu memang tak boleh harap. rata-rata semua cakap dia org suka beyond masa ka kui ada. biasalah tu sebab album beyond yang latest-latest lebih keras rocknya. budak-budak cina mana suka, jiwang karat.

last year dia orang buat kat stadium merdeka, aku tak dapat pergi sebab ada event OIC masa tu. frust menonggeng gila. tapi boleh ke aku mintak cuti. baru keja tiga minggu dah nak mintak cuti, boleh ke. tapi aku nak pergi jugak, tak kira. tengok paul wong menggoreng gitar dia dgn muka stone dia tu, tengok sai wing main drum dgn brutalnya. i think he is one of the best drummers yg pernah aku tengok. steve main bass pun cool gak.

alamak ini macam the best way to end the year of 2004 yg penuh dgn drama dan pergolakan ni. nak tengok beyond, nak tengok beyond, nak tengok beyond...kalau aku cakap 100 kali dapat tak agaknya?

kelabku sayang

please God dont let them put milan and liverpool under the same group in the knock-out stage. i love both clubs too much and i just couldnt bear to watch the game. i dont know which team to support, seriously. this is all liverpool's fault, always wanted to be dramatic in all their important games. last minute scorelah, itulah, inilah. hampeh!

what give, men! the last game with Olympiakos was gut-wrenching, nail-biting , cukup semua rempah. sheesh! you had to win 2-0 to qualify for the knock-out stage and then you went and let the opponent scored a goal from a free kick that could have been avoided if not for the bloody lame wall that was liverpool players. nunez, you stupid fool, why did you move aside when you saw the ball coming. you are a wall and you are supposed to block it. urgh!

now that you had conceded a goal, you had to score three goals to ensure your place in the last 16. and then came sinama who was a supersub because he scored the first goal assisted by kewell. it's been a long time since i last saw kewell did anything brilliant on the field. good for him and football aside, that was a horrendous tattoo you got on your wrist mate!

and then came the second goal, which was excellent in my humble opinion because i think it was more quick thinking than fast reflexes that prompt mellor to score that goal.he is one too look out for that is if rafa benitez gives him a chance to play regularly. remember the late goal against arsenal (err...sorry pires).

funnylah during the arsenal vs liverpool game, diy aka pires and i were sitting side by side and rooting for a different club. we had a good time watching that game. well, i had a good time, diy didnt cause liverpool beat arsenal. hehehe...

anyway back to the liverpool-olympiakos game, at approximately 9 minutes before time, the reds capitano steven gerrard launched a half-volley that was sensational. if only i was at anfield at the time; the atmosphere must have been great; the stadium erupted with screams of joy and the liverpool anthem's you'll never walk alone were sung wholeheartedly by the Kops supporters. meremang bulu roma aku masa tengok gerrard score goal tu. that was something special and it will be remembered for years to come not just for the reds supporters but also to other football fans who watched the game. even if, liverpool dont make it into the final which is highly unlikely (man! i have to be realistic ok) and gerrard leave liverpool for chelsea, that particular game and goal will always be special in our memory. alamak emotionalnya gua.

as for milan, their last great game was when they beat barcelona 2-1 in the first round i think. their serie A matches can put even an imsoniac to sleep. so boring at times especially when facing lowly team. next week they will meet juventus the league leader, taulah nasib masing-masing nanti.

forza milan! forza liverpool! anyway. the funny thing is i want both teams to be in the final but i dont want them to play each other, how stupid is that? oh well, whatever never mind...

makan gaji

i know when i made a decision to change my job, i would have to sacrifice a lot of things but i thought when we gain some, we'll lose some, eh! it's weird that after four years routine, i have to adjust my clock again. i have to wake up and go to work an hour earlier than i used to and it's playing havoc with my body and mind. it takes time to adjust to this kind of thing.

i am so bloody sleepy all the times and by the time i arrived home, i could barely opened my eyes. it's tough luck for a couch potato like me. i dont know about anybody else but i do need a dose of my favourite tv series every night and football game of course. it maybe rubbish to some people but for a single and socially-handicapped person like me, my room is my haven; since the tv is in my room. the other tv was in the living room. we used it to watch dvd. hehehe...

now, i missed watching lots of my favourite tv series such as carnivale, nokia football crazy, undercover, sex and the city, 4400, the apprentice etc...i missed this week champions league, dammit. i couldnt open my eyes at all and only woke up long enough to ask about the score. diy was in seventh heaven because arsenal made it into the last 16. last night i didnt wake up at all even though i had turned on my alarm clock. i miss liverpool's great win. never mind, tonight, by hook or by crook i will watch the re-run, if there is one.

and what about books? i had just rented 53 books from auntie and she only gave me three months to finish 'em all. hell. how am i going to finish reading all of em in three months and i have yet to finish reading the catcher in the rye which is a very interesting and funny book. ugh!

and now because i work on saturday, i have to change my guitar class to 4pm instead of 2 pm. how am i going to cope working on saturday because i never did before. but like i said i gain some, i lose some. i do have 30 days annual leave instead of the usual 18. huahuahua...(evil laugh).

all these things might not look important but it shows that my life has gradually changed and i hope for a better one.

as for my job, i love it (well, bare in mind that it has only been seven days) but i find it refreshing because i get to write and in my book that is called satisfaction. over the last two days i got to do a translation and also wrote a media release. sheesh! my senior editor was a perfectionist and a very fussy old man but it's a great learning experience.

last tuesday, i went to the malaysian press night as a representative of my agency and i met lots of my former colleagues and also friends and it was such a memory to cherish always. now, everybody knows about my new job and a spy at the old office was saying that the news had spread like wildfire. urgh!!

anyway, life has to go on and as usual i will take it one day at a time.

arriverdeci sifu

bila cikgu aku cakap dia nak berhenti mengajar sebab tak boleh nak cope dgn komitmen dia yg lain, aku rasa macam nak menangis. tiba-tiba aku jadi emosional tahap dewa. masa tu aku tengah terkial-kial membaca guitar tablature utk lagu Someday by Sugar Ray. bila cikgu aku cakap macam tu terus aku takde mood nak main. dia pun stop sekejap mengajar utk explain kat aku kenapa dia nak berhenti.

mula-mula aku ingat dia nak berhenti sebab tak tahan nak mengajar aku yg lembab tahap dewa ni. betul, sebab tu aku sayang sangat-sangat kat cikgu aku tu. dia sabar giler mengajar aku, sampai ada satu masa aku dah nak give up dah tapi dia yg bagi semangat. ajar aku macam-macam cara, tak boleh style ni buat style lain pulak. susah main key E, main key C. tapi sekarang dia nak berhenti pulak.

termenung aku dibuatnya. aku tak taulah sama ada aku sesuai belajar dgn cikgu baru nanti. kalau susah-susah sangat aku ingat nak berhenti belajar kat situ and start all over again. cari school lain lak. kat amcorp mall ada lagi satu mahogany maybe aku boleh belajar kat situ ke.

alamak cikgu, kenapalah kau resign. patah hati betul aku. tapi semangat nak main gitar tu masih membara dalam diri aku ni. dekat dua jam jugak kelas terakhir aku hari tu. tiga lagu terakhir yg cikgu aku ajar tu semuanya best-best. lagu Someday - Sugar Ray, All My Loving and Black Bird by Beatles. aku suka sgt lagu Black Bird tu especially bila main fingerpicking. tiap-tiap hari aku praktis lagu tu sekarang. rasa cam harmoni jer. itu pun kalau main smoothlah tapi aku main sangkut-sangkut apa yg harmoninya. cuma kucing-kucing aku jer yg sanggup dengar.

minggu ni kot aku start dgn cikgu baru. aduh, rasa macam tak seronok pulak nak pergi kelas. dah tak fun dah walaupun cikgu lagi satu ni lebih terer mengikut kata cikgu akulah. aku tengok student-student dia byk yg belajar gitar elektrik.. sheesh!

mungkin ini satu lagi cabaran yg aku kena hadapi. hmmm! lagu apa agaknya dia nak ajar aku nanti ye! maybe kalau aku dpt cikgu lebih garang, aku akan cepat pandai kot. manalah taukan. hehehe...apa-apa pun, kepada sifu aku, james, you are the best teacherlah. im going to miss you. terima kasih sebab bagi dengar dan ajar main lagu-lagu chinese yg best-best tu especially Beyond.

till we meet again...arriverdeci

Black Bird

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to be free.

Blackbird fly Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird fly Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise.
