well, well, what do you know? it takes a lowly everton to stop the so called unstoppable chelsea. diy and i were laughing like mad last night especially when we watched the interview with mourinho afterwards.
his huge ego refused to acknowledge the draw. he was saying that drogba's goal was valid as there was no offside. of course the goal was valid but who cares. john terry used his hand to block marcus bent's goal but the referree didnt give the penalty to everton. so, it's fair lahkan.
maybe the linesman was confused about the offside's rule. if the player is nearer to his opponent's goal line than both the ball and the second last opponent, he was considered offside but the stupid FIFA change the rule saying the player isnt considered offside if he does not interfere with the play. that's what happened in last night's game. gudjohnsen was in an offside position but he didnt interfere with the play. so, technically, he wasnt offside. padanlah muka chelsea, poetic justice. hahaha.. to mourinho, bola tu bulat. what's with robben. macam drama queen pulak, as if it's the biggest off target shot. blah le.
as for liverpool, malas aku nak cakap.
milan, welcome back inzaghi. and what a comeback. that second goal against palermo was a superb header. a low cross by marek was probably difficult for a header but you did it. forza inzaghi. kudos to milan's medical team for giving a badly-injured player like inzaghi hope to play again. i wish i have enough time to go into the details about the game. sigh! another speech to write. anyway, denfence-wise, horrible but still maldini and costacurta were more than capable to hold the fort but barely. im a bit worried. forza milan anyway. gattuso, tak sangka kau boleh hasilkan bola loop yang cantik camtu. hahaha...
