Semalam aku stayback sampai jam 1 pagi. Tersengguk2 aku nak siapkan kijer aku. Tp yg besh aku nak citer pasal kejadian pukol 10.30pm semalam. Aderler sekor budak ciner nih, dier tutop SA2 Room tuh, dier g ajor sumer bebudak ciner ajer... CINER AJER! Dier ajor buat tax! Aku memuler x taw. Sebab aku dok konsenteret dlm bilik aku. Biler aku raser dahaga dan menuju ke arah vinding machine tuh. Aku nenok SA1 area penoh ngan bebudak Melayu. Aku pelik, maner elangnyer bebudak ciner? Ader festival aper2 ker? Pastu aku nenok pintu SA2 room terkunci. Last2 aku nanyer salah sowang staff kat SA1 area. Asal SA2 room terkunci? Dier ckp si LLP (senior staff ciner) ajor bebudak buat tax. Aku ckp saper yg dier ajor? Sumer budak ciner yg ader mlm ni katernyer. Tetiber aku berasappp guiler! Babi betol! Aku tanyer lg, apesal dier x ajor budak Melayu? Sumer diam pasal aku naek angen!
Aku pergi ke SA2 room tuh, aku ketok pintu tuh kekuat. LLP bukak pintu. Aku tewos tanyer, "ni apersal kekunci pintu?!!" "errr... errr..." dier x jawab, cumer terkebil2. Aku masok tewos nenok kat flip chart tuh, betollaa dier ngah ajor tax kat bebudak ciner. Aku tanyer lagik "Who give you the instruction to do all this thing?" Diam... "Everybody OUT!... OUT!... except you LLP!" Semua bebudak tewos keluar. "What happened to Malay staff?" Diam... "Why only selected people? becouse of the skin? Why?" "No... actually only my staff..." "Hello dude, who are they? Your staff? Since when? I think around 25 peoples sitting here. And all are chinese! I dont think that our PA give all of them under your job! What are you trying to do? I also never do this to my staff! If i want teach them, i will call all of them! Doesnt matter what skin they are! Now you explained to me! Faster i give you 5 minutes to explain!" Dier diam... Pastu dier x ckp banyak. Baru promoted jadek senior 2 dah berlagak!
Pastu aku suruh LLP tunggu kat SA2 room tuh, aku ckp "U wait here, dont go anywhere!" Maser aku lalu kat SA1 area... Senyap jer tempat tuh. Bebudak ciner yg td dlm SA2 room dok belajo ngan LLP pasal tax tu ponk x der sekor yg angkat muker. Aku bukan sengajer nak marah2 tapi aku geram. Aku benti kat SA1 area tuh aku jerit. "Bebudak Melayu sumer! Bangun pack barang, masok kat SA2 room tuh sekarang. Semua move! Cepaattt... Only Malay staff... Banguuunnn cepat laaa!!"
Memang semua bangun pindah masok SA2 room. LLP maseh kat dlm SA2 room. Aku sound kat LLP... "Sekarang under my instruction, you teach them about Tax. Ajarlah sekarang, mereka ponk freshie jugak semua x tahu lg pasal tax! Cepat laaa!!... Ah yg korang semua, ni ader volunteer nak ajar amek note!" Aku plak tewos amek tempat dodok kat bakang. Si LLP ni x gegerak dr tadik. Aku sound lg "Cepat laaa. I also want to know... How you teach to do the tax! Faster laaa..." Barulah dier ajar... Dekat sejam ler! Ahahaha) Padan muker dier!
Biler dier salah aku plak sound "Ko ponk x terrer pasal tax nak ajar org laen. Niler mcm ketam ajar anak dier jalan betol! Dah habesh tuh, ader sowang staff ni tanyer aku. "Kalau dier mengadu kat HR macam maner? Tindakan you ni betul ke?" "Kalau dier ngadu kat HR, dgn dier2 sekali ler kener hamun! Dier yg racist bukan kiter!" Betol aaa kan? Pastu pagi td aku dtg, sowang manager ciner tanyer aku kes semalam iaitu malam td laa... Aku ckp aaa aper yg aku buat. Biaserler si dier nih, depan aku dier padankan muker si LLP nih walauponk sebangser dier. Tapi aku x taw ler bakang aku dier kater aper. Aku tak dengar ponk.
LLP ni setahu aku mmg kuwang ajo ngan staff melayu. Suker kondem. Hatta ITM ponk dier ongket, apesal pilih banger? Hatta loan ponk dier tanyer apesal ciner susah nak dpt? Iskkk... aku x pernah tanyer ponk mereka "kenaper ciner biler mati kener bakar2 replika kereta, replika orang..." Tah pernah tanyer ponk!
