yeay finally can cook curry 
it is a big achievement for me ok 
since my mom is chinese  
and curry is not a big favorite in our house 
 
try this ok 
kari begedil 
-bawang merah + bawang putih, blended and tumis 
-add curry powder n kunyit powder 
-add water (i dont like santan, so water is fine with me) 
-then add minced meat 
in my case i add begedil leftover 
which mean minced meat n potato together 
sooo jimat masa n bahan masak 
my curry is pretty thick because i want to eat with roti canai 
and i want to scoop the curry and dont want any dripping 
 
and it helluva delicious 
eat with hot roti canai segera

on another note, its been a long time since i updated this blog 
well, i have blogged somewhere else 
and no more being anonymous 
but this is a great place to me 
sooo i dont want to abandoned this altogether 
this has been the place for me to vent my anger
