holy crap finally after 4 yrs im home with extra fat around my waist and hips and arms hahahaha well...no worry i'm dieting and exercising the best thing is the weather here is soooo good 30 min cycling make you sweat literally like a pig!! anyhow from now on i will jot down what im eating and my weight the whole she bang i want to lose at least 10 kg by the end of the month why??because mr bf promise to buy me sth if i manage to lose weight soooo today breakfast: 2 boiled egg with kicap pekat water:3 glass now weight: 89kg (oh btw i have lose 20 lbs so far) lalala
