pretty proud of myself this few days 
im exercising hard, mostly because im freaking out of my weight gain 
i think my weight retain because im eating keropok lekor the day before 
anyhooo 
ive been working hard this few days 
i exercised on the bike for 30 min, 
do salcacise for 10 min (im actually flat out by this time...the exercise kinda hard..but i did it to shape my body) 
then i have my breakfast which includes a lot of water plus two eggs 
after watching diary AF i proceed walking to town to buy newspaper 
to and fro walk took about 40 min 
and i have my lunch after that 
which is my maggie with a lot of fishball and veggie 
two day after i did this, my weight goes back to 86 
im hoping to get to 85 by sunday 
please please 
 
the CNI product that i ordered has not arrived yet 
i think it's gonna be helpful cause i have problem with doing my number 2 
aaa cant wait to start taking that 
 
mr bf gonna take leave in two weeks 
so i need to lose few more kgs before going out with him 
(plus i promised him that)
