baper aribulan skang nih 
im still at 86 kg, 
actually more permanently 
not fluctuating between 86 and 90 kg 
so alhamdulillah 
at least i can say ive lose 5 kg in 2 month 
which is suck btw 
 
so... 
yeah im still at 86 
im doing pretty good this week 
earlier, have to forego 3 days walking since period 
but now ive increase my walking time 
to 2 hrs a day 
hope to see some progress in few weeks 
 
this is what i got from magazine 
how to lose weight (my summary lah) 
 
1. mental preparation 
2. eating 
3. medicine 
4. exercise 
 
something like that, i'll write more later 
ive date with my cuzzie, to go walking together 
 
i've to push her, we have the same problem 
the only thing that differ, i used to be slim once 
she never felt what it's like to be slim 
 
ok later peeps... 
keep praying for my progress
