5 days update after using trimz and klenz 
 
my weight havent moved yet...still stagnant at 86 kg 
maybe i eat too much on sunday...it's dating day..so i have to follow mr bf to eat 
oh well... 
but i did measure myself and i found out that ive lose 3.5 inches...most inches came from my hips...and arm 
and i really want to lose inches from my belly... 
3.5 is not much...but okay for 5 day treatment right 
 
so i have another 15 days to go 
and im planning to do another 20 days (tgklaa dulu camner) 
 
my goal is to be at 70 kg by the time ramadhan (14 weeks from now) 
started and hopefully to lose another 5 kg during ramadhan 
because my ultimate weight goal is 65kg... 
my perfect weight... 
 
i dont think it impossible...i can do that... 
20 kg in 3 month... 
yeah..im positive about that.. 
 
right now i dont have any specific diet menu 
but typically this is what i ate 
 
morning: 1 big glass of Milo (but only 2 tbsp, no sugar or sweetened milk added) 
3 weetameal biscuits 
one satchet trimz 
 
lunch: 1 toasted bread with tuna 
1 litre green tea 
2 pieces of chicken frankfurter 
 
snack: 1 green apple 
 
dinner: usually one bowl of soup 
after dinner, take the capsule 
 
actually i feel good doing this  
for exercise, i walked to town to buy newspaper (1 hr walk to and fro) 
and in the evening, i jog with my cuzz 
 
ok laa.. 
i will update 5 days later... 
to see if trimz and klenz really work...
