Kena take serious this lose weight thingy 
currently:75kg 
need to lose another 10kg 
 
today: 
breakfast: mihun, teh panas, telur goreng, sambal 
lunch:hubby bekalkan epal 2 biji 
dinner: susu with oat  
 
since i spend too much calories on breakfast alone...hopefully wthi will last until evening
