can sleeping all day make you lose weight? I think it could.....i manage to lose 1 pound today by just sleeping. Interesting though...cause i eat 4 piece of baked chicken, two bowl of rice porridge and one 2-eggs ommelette before i go to sleep.Where the one pound goes?? I cant wait for the scale to go to 17+...being overweight sucks big time!!

actually the more u sleep the more tendency u get fat.i think the most reason u loose some pounds is just because of the water that dehydrate from your body.it is summer so your body tends to loose some water, not the fat.if you want to try to loose some weigt, keep up a good diet and at the same time don't forget to excercise.there is no such thing as u can loose fat by sleeping,it is just a 'still not approvable' data.it is easy to loose some water in your body but not the fat.so,i hope u would enjoy your diet.try to maintain a good scale of bmi(body matrix index).
