is it justify
a few office mates were rewarded by company for "so called" good performance. as a friend, i do not have anything against them. as a colleague, as quite a keen observer, i wonder what are the yardstick used by the company to reward them. i work side by side with few of them thus i know how they really performed. i am really dissapointed.........

tima kasih SO. memang tepat dan padat sekali 3 baris komen yg pertama. memang ia berlaku dimana-mana nampaknya!!!
memang marah dan keciwa betul waktu itu.
sekarang dah kurang sikit. seperti yg SO cakap, sabar, terus berkhidmat, buat kerja dgn bagus. memang telah dipraktikkan.
yang pasti, kerja lebih masa? tengok lah. itu pun kalau saya rajin....heh heh heh
siapa yg di sukai boss siapa yg pandai mengipas boss siapa yg bijak petah berkata2
mereka lah yg selalu dikatakan gemilang terbilang dan cemerlang...
seperti tidak adil yer ?
sabar dan teruskan memberi perkhidmatan terbaik.
